The CZ2HP creates more jobs opportunities for Jordanian youth, particularly women, in the cybersecurity sector, match current cybersecurity specialists needs, and improve existing employees’ competencies in work environment to have more decent, demand driven and highly paid jobs in order to promote the diversity and inclusion.
