Employment Information

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PDPL).
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of data processing activities to identify privacy risks.
  • Advise management and staff on data protection best practices.
  • Monitor, investigate, and respond to personal data breaches, including reporting to regulatory authorities when required.
  • Maintain records of data processing activities and ensure legal compliance.
  • Conduct training and awareness programs on data protection for employees.
  • Collaborate with IT and legal teams to ensure security measures are in place to protect personal data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Cybersecurity, Information Management, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of data protection regulations and privacy laws.
  • Experience in compliance, risk management, or information security.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in data protection or privacy (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT).
  • Experience with privacy impact assessments and data mapping.
  • Familiarity with data security technologies such as encryption and anonymization.
